Products CAmelot 4.0: A giant leap in certificate lifecycle management cryptovision's fully modular PKI solution CAmelot is now available in version 4.0. The new release features a generic workflow engine supporting virtually every PKI management process. Enrollment processes can be integrated into many different identity management systems which includes a Registration Authority (RA) in operation mode. CAmelot 4.0 includes a platform-independent PKI client, which makes certificate handling much more convenient for users and administrators. All in all, CAmelot 4.0 represents a giant leap forward in certificate lifecycle management. Partners cryptovision concludes partnership with Axiov axiov, a company located in Leiden, Netherlands, is a new value-added reseller of all cryptovision products. axiov is a specialist for strong identity and access governance, as well as administration solutions and products. Most axiov customers are located in the Benelux region. cryptovision has been traditionally very successful in this area of central Europe with customers like the Dutch financial agency and the Dutch social welfare authorities. Upcoming Events SecTalk     cryptovision's Klaus Schmeh will speak at the SecTalk 2017, an event organized by Janotta und Partner. The SecTalk 2017 will be held at the RAMADA Conference Center Munich. Bundesdruckerei Threat Defense     Klaus Schmeh is also presenting at the Bundesdruckerei Threat Defense in Berlin on March 29, 2017.   Seamless 2017     cryptovision will attend the Seamless 2017 in Singapore. ID4Africa     This year's ID4Africa will take place in Windhoek, Namibia, from April 26-28. cryptovision will be featured with a session on biometrics with eID and payments. Connect:ID     The Connect:ID (May 1-3) in Washington, D.C., is an important event for cryptovision's US branch office. Cardware     cryptovision will take part in the Cardware 2017 at Niagara Falls, Canada, from May 1-3. Card Payment IDentification     cryptovision will attend the Cards, Payment & Identification (23-25 April 2017) in São Paulo, Brazil. Past Events OMNISECURE     Once again, OMNISECURE in Berlin (January 16-18, 2017) was the first highlight of the year in cryptovision's calendar. RSA Conference     Like every year, cryptovision was present at the RSA Conference in San Francisco (February 13-17, 2017). FIC FORUM     For the first time, cryptovision attended the FIC FORUM, an event held in Lille, France (January 24-25). Members of Parliament at cryptovision     Joachim Poß (Bundestag) and Markus Töns (Landtag), two members of Parliament, took a visit at cryptovision on February 7. Mobile World Congress     A cryptovision team attended the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona, Spain (February 27-March 2). Markus Hoffmeister at gala event     cryptovision CEO Markus Hoffmeister was featured as a panelist at the Gelsenkirchen economy event, Gala der Wirtschaftsinitiative. Klaus Schmeh in iX     cryptovision's Klaus Schmeh has published another article in iX, Germany's leading computer magazine for professional IT users. This article covers the Software Guard Extensions (SGX), a new Trusted Computing technology introduced by Intel. Datenschutz und Datensicherheit     cryptovision's Klaus Schmeh has published an article about eIDAS in the German IT security magazine Datenschutz und Datensicherheit. General cryptovision implements Intel's Software Guard Extensions (SGX) cryptovision is one of the first companies worldwide to have implemented Intel's Software Guard Extensions (SGX). The SGX technology provides protected memory areas (enclaves) on Intel computers. SGX enclaves have numerous applications in cryptography. In a reference implementation, which is presented in Klaus Schmeh's iX article as well as at the RSA Conference, cryptovision uses SGX for PIN caching. Intel was very supportive in this project. It is expected that in the near future other cryptovision products will make use of SGX enclaves as well.
